Each individual purchasing tickets through OnlineSignup.org will receive a confirmation of their purchase, a “thank you” for their participation, and a receipt for their records. Should an event be “rained out” or otherwise cancelled, presenters can initiate an email notifying each participant of the cancellation and offering a new date and time for the event if needed.
Participating agencies and community event planners will receive the monies collected for their event two times per month. Each payment will be accompanied with a detailed report of the registrations and monies collected during the applicable period for each disbursement cycle.
