1.       What are the benefits to my organization for using Online Signup?

A.      Online signup minimizes staff time associated with phone calls, paperwork, and processing applications and credit cards.  Additionally, by selecting Online Signup to process your registrations, you do away with the processing fees paid out for accepting credit cards as a payment option for fees.

 

2.       What are the costs to my organization for utilizing Online Signup.org?

A.      There are no costs to the organization.  There is a small processing fee charged to the customers registering for the courses as part of their course registration fee?

 

3.        If Online Signup collects all of the registration fees and pays the credit card processing fees, how does my company/organization receive their enrollment fees?

A.      Your organization/company will receive a check from Online Signup every 2 weeks for the fees collected.  In addition, you will receive a detailed accounting of all funds received by enrollees for your financial records.

 

4.       How will our staff know the number of participants to expect?

A.      Online Signup allows your company/organization to print a variety of reports based upon the data collected by the registrants.  These report parameters could include age, session, gender, instructor, etc.

 

5.       Can customers register for more than 1 session or activity at a time?

A.      Yes.  Online Signup has the versatility to allow users to register more than one person for multiple sessions and activities.  In addition, each family is provided with a user name and password to their family account which allows them to track the activities and sessions that they are currently scheduled to attend. 

 

6.       Will I have to buy any software to use this program?

A.      No.  Online Signup is user friendly and completely compatible with your regular operating systems.  Reports can be generated using Excel and other data base programs.

 

7.       Will I be able to make changes to the schedules and courses offered?

A.      Yes.  You will receive an administrator’s username and password that allows you to alter, add, or delete courses and sessions.

 

8.        If a participant cancels, will their money be refunded to them?

A.      Once we have processed the enrollment, the processing fee is none refundable because we will have already been billed by our processing center for the transaction.  Any refund of the actual registration fees would be handled through your company.
